Purpose: To encourage blockchain & crypto scholarship in Asia related to policy, governance, law, regulation, etc. that can be shared with global audiences, in the hopes of reducing East vs. West silo-ism in the space.  Optional symposium papers produced following the event will be published in a future issue of the Stanford Journal of Blockchain Law & Policy, in print and online.
