(목적) “Risk Quotient (위험 인지능력)”은 아시아 지역과 전세계의 리스크 문제에 대한 공공대화를 강화한다는 목적으로 Lloyd's Register Foundation Institute for the Public Understanding of Risk (IPUR)와 파트너사들이 공동으로 주최한 연례 컨퍼런스이다.

KPC4IR과 IPUR간 UR2020 (Understanding Risk Forum, 위험 이해 포럼) 행사 협력 회의가 5월 18일~22일 동안 싱가포르 국립대학에서 개최되었다.
